D.D. Hall

In Memory of a Great Champion and True Sportsman
Feb 5th, 1943 - May 30th, 2005

On May 30th, the world of local short track racing lost a great competitor, D.D. Hall.
Long known for his yellow and black cars, and his strong competitive nature, he was also known for being a friendly man that would help anyone.

He was track Champion at both Lorain Speedway and Sandusky Speedway during the 1981,1982,and 1983 seasons.
he was also the recipient of numerous other awards, such as Most Popular Driver, and Sportsman of the Year.

D.D. will be sadly missed, and joyously remembered for all the good times and the good racing, as well as for the man he was.
I decorated my car as a tribute to him, I just wish i would have had more time to show what an inspiration he was to me and my love of racing. I hope to one day, be half the sportsman and competitor he was.

Thank You D.D., for all the memories, and for the stories I recently had the chance to reminense with you.
Rest In Peace.
