Doug Meyer of Canton, OH drives the # 31 Modified at Lorain Speedway.  He has been racing this class for 3 years.  The car is owned by Jagger Meyer, and his sponsors include All Parts and Supply, Mountain Motors, Bob's Auto Slaes, and T & T Pallet.

His favorite personal racing moments were winning the 2001 Lorain Speedway Track Champion, 2nd in Northeast Region Nascar Points, winning the  Columbus Main Event, and USA Feature Winner.  He especially enjoys passing cars on the outside here at Lorain Speedway, and also loves the competitive weekly racing with some close friends and being so close to home.


His goals include always having a clean looking car and for everyone to know that he has a chance to win every night.  He also doesn't want to put roots down in any track because he loves to travel and race against other competitors at different tracks. Doug has raced and won at Midvale, Columbus, Shady Bowl, and Mansfield.
