Charlie Hunt of Lorain,
Ohio, drives the #17 in the Grand National Class at Lorain Speedway and has
been racing in this class for 10 years. The car is owned by Delmo Hunt and
is sponsored by West River Junkyard and Wallace/Dewitt. His brother
Jeff Baker also races at Lorain Speedway.

include Darrell Waltrip and Tony Stewart. Hunt's family got him interested
in racing , and he hopes to someday win the championship. He came in
2nd in points twice and considers that his favorite racing moments. He
has raced at Sandusky and won the 2000 Grand National Calvacade race.
He loves coming
to Lorain Speedway each week because of the other drivers. He would
like to thank his dad Delmo, his brother Jeff, his wife Melissa, Catie their
daughter, Don and Kris, his in-laws, and most importantly his mom Chris.
