favorite thing about Lorain Speedway is the challenge of the close side-by-side
racing, the fans, his friends, the drivers, and the good times. His
racing attitude includes being the best he can possibly be each night and
hope to someday win a track championship.
His favorite racing
moments so far were his first feature win during his first feature race
in the Spectator Stocks, and then again winning his first heat race in the
Grand National Class and hearing the fans go crazy!!
In 2002 Joe won
the Miller Light Cavalcade A-Main Hobby Stock feature and got a 6 foot trophy
he is extremely proud of. He would like to thank his parents, especially
his dad for helping him out since he first started racing, and for being
a role model back when he raced. He also wants to thank Kurt Hennings, his
brother Jon, Smith Family Racing, Wes Shaver, Chris Maji, and all his fans
and friends.
