Mike
Miller of Clinton, OH drives the #53 Late Model at Lorain Speedway. The
car is owned by Jan and Mike Miller, and his sponsors include A-1 Auto and
Spring, Allied Auto, NAPA Auto Parts of Copley, Tusco Net, Custom
Craft Controls, and Dillon Race Cars. His brother Paul and his father
Bob have raced at Lorain Speedway, and Mike has been racing in this class
for 25 years. Mike also races at Midvale and Barberton Speedways.

Mike's impressive list of accomplishments include 10 Track Championships,
7 Cavalcade Features, and over 160 Feature victories. He was track
champion at Midvale many times, and finished 2nd in the Main Event Series
in Columbus in 1993, the Main Event Series being one he participated in for
many years as well. He cites that accomplishment and winning the Main
Event Race at Midvale as his two personal favorite racing moments. Mike
also won the Canton Speedway Championship in 1983 and won the Permatex 100
at Cloverleaf Speedway.
His favorite driver /role model list starts off with his father, Bob Miller
Sr. , and also includes Nascar drivers Richard Petty and Ryan Newman. His
favorite thing about racing at Lorain Speedway is the fellow racers he competes
against, and the great racing brings him back week after week. Mike hopes
to continue winning races while having a good time doing so!
