Sam Rubesne #82, from Cleveland, Ohio has
been racing in the Spectator Stock for five years. Although this is
the only racing he has competed it, he consistently makes the Fast
Dash by having one of four fastest qualifying times, and is usually in the
Fast Fourteen Feature as well. Sam grew up around racing his whole
life and considers Dale Earnhardt Sr. his all-time favorite Nascar driver.
The highlight of his racing career occured on April 14th, 2001 when he
won his first feature race and has been going full throttle ever since. You
can count on him coming back to Lorain Speedway again and again because
of the people he races with every week.
